Aunnah was super nice and really helpful! She helped me out with the pre-rolls and made sure I got what I was looking for. Great customer service and a really good experience overall. Definitely would come back again!
Standout employee Jocelyn her customer service was outstanding! She provided excellent customer service very professional ,respectful, and similar throughout my visit . First time in Washington and visited this shop ,Aunah is her name I think came and helped me. I don’t know local prices but she gave me a good discount and that was some prices after that , definitely will revisit when I’m back in town
Jocelyn was amazing, I come here everytime I’m in town!
long time customer, never had any real issues. only one return necessary over two years, and it was a swift and easy process!
I do mostly online orders for their deals, but I've never had a bad experience when I am in the store.
the customer engagement scheme that prompted this review was a little awkward though lmao
