Ordered online and drove the extra bit to these folks to save a few bucks. Got there and the item I ordered was accidentally sold before I got there despite the confirmation. The folks there were super apologetic and made up for things in the end. They gave me a $5 off “we blew it” card for next time and gave a decent discount on something in store which came out to be a few bucks less than my original order. I respect the effort and will give them my business again

All the employees are extremely kind but i went in today after having a really unfortunate evening and Andy was so kind and empathetic even when I started to tear up he let me know it's okay! He's an amazing human and kalefa is extremely lucky to have him working for a them
