What Our Customers Are Saying
Highly recommend!
Kaleafa consistently delivers an exceptional experience for me. Not only is the quality of their products top tier, but their wide variety of options makes it easy to find exactly what you’re looking for. There’s truly something for everyone, and the selection honestly never misses in my experience.
I especially want to give a huge shoutout to Lauren, Ivan, and DeShawn for their outstanding customer service! What sets them apart is that they genuinely take the time to listen, understand what I’m looking for, and make thoughtful recommendations based on my needs and preferences that actually deliver. Their product knowledge, attention to detail, and ability to consistently suggest quality cannabis make every visit a great experience.
It’s refreshing to shop somewhere that prioritizes both quality and genuine customer relationships. The team makes you feel valued rather than just another transaction, and that type of service deserves recognition.
Kaleafa has definitely earned my loyalty.

I always get such great service here! All the workers are very kind and very helpful when I have questions. They always have what I am looking for in stock and the prices are great!
I learned some stuff today! Peter and Deshawn didn't make this interaction feel like a business transaction.

Absolutely love the online ordering system. However, it's always quite a wait for curbside. 10-15 mins on average.
Update: just a week later but I've come 3x since then due to awesome deals and I already see great improvement on wait time! No more than 5 minutes and that is more than reasonable.

We want to give a BIG thank you to Sarah, Saraphina, and Cammie at Hillsboro Kalifia who went to the mangers and told them about a defective bottle of lotion we bought, it was watery and it had separated even after shaking it.
The mangers did right by us and stood behind their product and then hooked us up with a different lotion.
Thank you everyone for being so kind and helpful, we really appreciated it!
